| local.thesis.elsummary | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία επικεντρώθηκε στη διερεύνηση των εμπειριών και των συναισθηματικών αντιδράσεων ατόμων που έχουν βιώσει το διαζύγιο, χρησιμοποιώντας ποιοτική ερευνητική προσέγγιση. Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσω ημιδομημένων συνεντεύξεων, στις οποίες συμμετείχαν δέκα άτομα, εκ των οποίων επτά ήταν γυναίκες και τρεις άνδρες. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε μη πιθανοτική δειγματοληψία ευκολίας (convenience sampling), όπου οι συμμετέχοντες επιλέχθηκαν επειδή ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμοι. Αυτή η μέθοδος δειγματοληψίας επιτρέπει τη συγκέντρωση δεδομένων από άτομα που είναι εύκολο να εντοπιστούν και να συμμετάσχουν στην έρευνα, καθιστώντας την κατάλληλη για μελέτες με περιορισμένους πόρους ή χρονικά πλαίσια. Τα ερευνητικά ερωτήματα που εξετάστηκαν ήταν τα εξής: 1) Πώς οι συμμετέχοντες ερμηνεύουν και νοηματοδοτούν τις αιτίες που τους οδήγησαν στο διαζύγιο; 2) Ποιες ήταν οι ψυχολογικές επιπτώσεις του διαζυγίου και πώς επηρεάστηκε η λειτουργικότητά τους; 3) Πώς βίωσαν και περιέγραψαν οι συμμετέχοντες τη μετάβασή τους και την ανασυγκρότηση της ζωής τους, πριν και κυρίως μετά το διαζύγιο; Η ανάλυση των δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκε με τη χρήση θεματικής ανάλυσης, η οποία ανέδειξε ότι στα περισσότερα ζευγάρια υπήρχε ψυχολογική κακοποίηση, με τα άτομα να βιώνουν συναισθήματα κατάθλιψης, θυμού και απογοήτευσης πριν το διαζύγιο. Μετά το διαζύγιο, οι περισσότεροι συμμετέχοντες ανέφεραν αίσθημα απελευθέρωσης και ψυχικής ανάτασης. Ωστόσο, για πολλούς δεν ήταν ευδιάκριτο το πώς αναπροσδιόρισαν τη ζωή τους μετά το διαζύγιο, υποδηλώνοντας ότι η διαδικασία προσαρμογής ήταν περίπλοκη και αβέβαιη. | local.thesis.ensummary | This thesis focused on exploring the experiences and emotional responses of individuals who have gone through a divorce, using a qualitative research approach. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with ten participants, seven of whom were women and three men. Convenience sampling, a non-probability sampling method, was used to select participants who were readily available, making it a suitable approach for studies with limited resources or time constraints. The research questions explored were: 1) How do participants interpret and make sense of the causes that led to their divorce? 2) What were the psychological impacts of the divorce, and how was their functionality affected? 3) How did participants experience and describe their transition and the restructuring of their lives before and especially after the divorce? Thematic analysis of the data revealed that most couples experienced psychological abuse, with participants reporting feelings of depression, anger, and disappointment before the divorce. After the divorce, the majority of participants felt a sense of liberation and emotional relief. However, many found it challenging to redefine their lives post-divorce, suggesting that the adjustment process was complex and uncertain. | |
